We believe that the first step to effective investment management is to be client outcome focused.

In order to obtain a clear picture of your financial objectives, for example, whether income or capital growth is required, we will conduct an in-depth client meeting.  We will determine the time period involved, the level of investment risk that you are happiest with, and consider the taxation consequences of various investments.  This then enables us to consider the most tax efficient structure for your particular circumstances and to begin selecting suitable products and investments.

Typically, there are five asset classes within our portfolios:

  • Fixed Interest
  • UK Equity
  • International Equity
  • Hedge Funds & Alternatives
  • Property

We recognise that no single investment is the same, and by investing in a portfolio of various funds from some of the leading investment managers, we can offer clients the potential for the most profitable investment opportunities.  Further information on our selection and filtering process can be provided on request.

Investments are constantly changing and evolving, and we are aware that strategies put in place today may not always continue to be appropriate in the long term.  Our review process is therefore key to the service we offer.

If we believe that an investment is failing to meet our expectations, our systems will produce a list of clients who hold that particular investment.  We will subsequently make a switch recommendation and post or e-mail this to you.

You can contact us to discuss our recommendation or simply return the consent form should you agree.  We do not normally make a charge or receive a fee to switch one investment to another, so you can be confident that our advice will never be swayed by our own financial gain.  We believe that this proactive advice is the most beneficial way of ensuring the success of your investments.

The value of your investments and the income from them may go down as well as up and you could get back less than you invested
